Ruby Tuesday

These photos were taken in San Diego's Old Town a few days ago. It's a nice place to walk around, shop and have lunch or dinner. It's the perfect place to photograph bright and fun colors! I found plenty of RED!!

Long johns, long johns, dancing on the line;
Long johns, long johns, wanna make you mine.

Long johns, long johns, flapping in the breeze;
Long johns, long johns, nimble in the knees.

Long johns, long johns, when the day is done;
Long johns, long johns, we’ll have had some fun.

Hi Carolyn, Thanks for visiting my site and making such a nice comment. The light is soft because the rosehips were in the shade. I live in a forested area, and many times the pretty things are shaded.
Soft light is also found on overcast days and both early and late in the day.
I love these pictures you took, so colorful! And the long johns are a hoot! (So is the poem above!)

This looks like it would be fun. I like that gorgeous picture of the flamingo dancers. We're going to be needing those long johns in another two months or so. I enjoyed the visit.

Carolyn love these shots, kind of look like Alvera street in Los Angeles. Do you live in San Diego? I am in the San Fernando Valley.

I love the colors in these pictures, which we do not see here in Japan vert often.
