Weekend Reflections / Chrome Chicks in Santa Fe, New Mexico USA

I recently fell in love with these chrome chicks at an outdoor sculpture gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico USA.

Their entire bodies picked up reflections from all angles.

There were 6 or 8 of them scattered around the outside of the gallery...just like a barn-yard!
I really wanted to take one home with me.

I started by looking for "chicks" in the reflection before I realized that the chicks were making the mirrored images! Wouldn't one of these be fun to have!

At first glance I thought they were abstract chairs! Then you said 'chicks' and I looked again. Oh yeah. These are wonderful! I too wouldn't mind having a couple of these chicks in my yard!

Getting caught up again ... spent a while here looking at your posts for the last week or so - wow, what variety and amazing shots !

These reflections are great - what a fun idea (did you take one home ? ;-)

Those hot creek photos are great - I could feel the heat coming off them ! Reminds me a bit of Yellowstone.

A pleasure spending time here again Carolyn !

They are really marvelous and would hold the attention of both adults and children alike. I wonder what the cost of one would be. As long as they don't turn you into something grotesque like those amusement park mirrors do!!
