Weekend Reflections, Phun Friday, Ruby Tuesday / Hello!

This cute little bird (Brazilian Red-Capped Cardinal) was quite amused with its reflection in the rim of the tire.

Nice shot! The other day I also tried to take pictures of a little bird pecking at her reflection in the review mirror of a car parked in my neighborhood. But I couldn't.

What is it they say about being in the right place at the right time? Great capture!

This one is priceless, Carolyn! And I agree -- nothing like being in just the right spot at the right time! And what a beautiful, colorful bird! No wonder he like seeing his reflection! Have a lovely weekend, Carolyn!

That's too funny, Carolyn! Who'd think a bird is vain? We have this bird here who keeps coming back to flutter on the windshield of our car, and I think it too is enamored with itself... haven't been ablt to capture it, though, it's too dark in the garage, even if it is an open one... :-D

I like cardinals, and am used to seeing the entire male in its scarlet plumage. The red on top is beautiful with the gray colors below. He just knows hog he looks, and his high opinion of his good looks is for all to see, including him in that bumper...
