The Moon rises in the east as the Sun sets in the west.
People on the pier were all looking in the same direction hardly paying attention to their fishing poles.

This is an elaborate fountain of dancing waters at the Cruise Ship Terminal in San Pedro, California.
The pools are divided into sections each of which send water towards the dark sky.
People can walk between the sections if they want to get soaked.
It was a very hot night in San Pedro on this day and many children were running in all directions getting soaked by the spray and overflow of the pools.
It was very entertaining!

These beautifully illuminated palms are along the entrance to the Cruise Ship Terminal in San Pedro, California USA.
The dancing waters entertain many passers-by every 15 minutes after dark.
The same company that created the fountains at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada also created these about 2 1/2 years ago.
They are a beautiful sight!
