I am a retired middle school teacher (math and science). I love to photograph beautiful places, people, animals and objects of art. My picture shows me holding my 1st grandson. We are at San Diego's Wild Animal Park. He is looking at the big gorilla behind us! We enjoy going places while his mommy and daddy work.
Cool fire pits and great entry. If you have koi around here you have to cover the pool with nets to keep the bobcats, raccoons, and herons from having a feast. Thanks for participating.
I am surprised that your brother has a koi pond in his garden. It reminds me of my old experience that I saw bonsai in California when I traveled to San Fransisco about 15 years ago. Both koi and bonsai are Japanese words.

Wow! A face to face fire pits! Its amazing! These would keep us warm on a cool winter's night (rainless).

The koi pond looks like a great place to sit around and relax. I like the water flowing out of the fire pit.
Great idea and photo for this challenge....looks inviting!
