It's Sunday, January 24th...
It's a beautiful day at the beach in southern California.
This little girl thinks it's warm enough to touch the water!
And, I did too...
a LONG time ago!
Some enjoy a walk on the beach...
That's what I like!
or on the pier...I like to do this too!
Some feed the sea gulls...
and pelicans...
Others drag their stuff across the beach to get close to the water...
beach volleyball is addicting...
To these guys, It's not even cold!
BRRR!
After all, it IS Jan. 24th

Great shots! The second from the top looks like the view looking right if you are walking onto the pier. It looks like you have a nice telephoto lens. I took several pictures of a pelican that looks just like this one. I think she had a crush on me because she kept following me even though other people were feeding her and I didn't have any food. Maybe she liked having her picture taken.
It's really nice seeing pictures from home while I'm so far away.
I'll be posting more pictures from OC over the next days.
