Outdoor Wednesday #53 / Where Have All The Little Curls Gone?

I was surprised to see my Grandson at my front door at 7:30 yesterday morning.  He is now sporting the haircut that finally took away all of his baby curls.  I love his new look, but, I sure loved those little blond curls.

He played with this whirly toy while waiting for the trash truck to come down our street.  Monday is a very important day because he sure LOVES trash trucks!

So...that's my Outdoor Wednesday for this week.  It has been very pleasant and warm these days out here in southern California!

I have a curly grandson, too. Fortunately his parents keep his hair fairly long. Your grandson looks very handsome anyway.

What a cutie pie he is!!!! Yes that first haircut is always a wee bit traumatic.... my son sported a head of curls and I delayed as long as possible before cutting them off .....

It's sad to see those curls go but little boys do grow up, don't they? How cute that he looks for the trash truck!

For me Chase seems to be proud of his new haircut, though he looks a little surprised in the first photo. It looks good on him.

What a cute little guy. My son had thick, wavy hair when he was little, and after I commented on it, he bragged to his brother that he had "curls deep down in his head". This photo reminds me of that.
What is it about trash trucks? My sons and grandsons loved them, too.

What an adorable grandson. He looks pretty cute with this hair style. It would be nice to keep them small, but that's life. Enjoy each day while you can.

I still miss my Ty's baby curls! Its like they grow up all at once when that haircut inevitably comes along! *sigh* your grandson does look cute with his new hair-do, though!
