ABC Wednesday / "V" and "W", Watery Wednesday - Lake Arrowhead, California USA

Yesterday I found some places on the water at Lake Arrowhead to take some photos.
This boat slip appears to have no vacancy.

There seems to be plenty of vacancy here.
The top photo was taken in the late afternoon and the bottom photo was taken just before sunset.

I missed the letter "V" last week so I am combining V and W this week.

Great shots. It's been a long time since I was at Lake Arrowhead.

I really like your photography. I'm wondering if you took classes or read photography books. I just started reading a photography book but I'd love to take a class someday.

Lake Arrowhead is a nice place to get out of the heat. It looks like a good place for the photographer. I haven't been there since I was a child.

How beautiful!

I think the occupants of the boats missing from the 2nd photo must all be out sipping cocktails and watching that sunset.

Lovely blue water! It is a great spot -- a place we haven't visted for years and years and when we did it was way pre-digital camera. Thanks for the reminder.

Love the light on the water... I have lived in CA for almost 10 years but did not know where Lake Arrowhead is - had to look it up.

I've heard of this lake, but I don't think I've ever been there. Very pretty. Love that last shot especially - with the sun rays shining down. Thanks for stopping by at my WW.

I have been impressed with your photography these days. Some people say that photos are arts created by light and shadow. I like your color in these pictures very much.
