Ellipsis Monday Photo Shoot, That's My World Tuesday, SkyWatch Friday / Temecula Valley (California) Hot Air Balloon and Wine Festival...Balloon Glow

My husband and I and our son went to the Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival this weekend.
It started Friday night with a lot of music, food, wine and the best part of the evening...The Balloon Glow.
It was awesome!
There were so many balloons glowing all together and also one or a few at a time.
The light was constantly changing which made the photography a whole lot of fun.

I am posting a WHOLE LOT of photos...just because I can't stop!

 Ooh...the heat from the burners!
NO problem with mosquitos here!
One balloon was a little slow, but finally got up and GLOWING!
This show doesn't wait for slowpokes...

My friend's 3 year old little grandson  recognized the Target balloon in my photos on Facebook.
If you shop at Target, you might recognize their logo on the red balloon.

I loved this one!

Now...they are all up and ready for action.

 The light kept changing.

Seeing, hearing and feeling the heat from the burners was exciting!

This was Friday night...
The Mass Ascension took place at dawn on Saturday morning.
I am looking forward to posting those photos soon.

Absolutely fantastic photos, Carolyn! I love balloons and my daughter and I had a fabulous trip in one in Sonoma, but it was daytime. These colors are gorgeous! Can't wait to see more photos of this! Have a great week!

I love all the shots from this and your next post. I've never been up in a hot air balloon and that's definitely on my list of things I'd like to do. Even just watching all of these must be a blast without going up in them. I chased a hot air balloon once that I spotted from the highway and kept after it until I'd switched roads so many times I feared I'd never find my way back.

They are so beautiful. My bro's family have all be up, though they say 3 hours is far too long and it gets quite hot after while.

I love all the pictures of this post. They are all wonderful and fantasic! I went to Aso to take a hot balloon festival last December, but it was cancelled because of strong wind. I just wanted to take the picture like the one in this post.

Aren't they beautiful. I really miss the colourful balloons that used to be in the sky around her several years ago. I haven't seen one in quite a while.
