And lots of phun (and easy) to do in camera - slightly longer exposures work best - 1/2 sec + - although it can be done in less. Have phun experimenting with/without a tripod.
Fun and cool! But as Rick writes - it´s easy to do it in camera, but you have more control over Photoshop ... "smile" ... and you can also add a duplicate layer with a layer mask and blur some parts e.g. in the center. I look forward to your next experiment!
Reminds me of looking through a kaleidoscope. :) Lovely effect! I appreciate reading the comments about how to do it in camera. Maybe I'll experiment too.

A stunning effect Carolyn. You are right, when enlarged it does have a dizzing effect!
Very pretty....nice effect and i like the colors.
I don't have Photoshop, so I'll have to somehow figure out how to do it in Paint Shop Pro... but it's so cool & pretty!!! =)
Way to go Carolyn, Great subject for this. This is Phun, but doing it in the camera is even more Phun! Can't wait to see those too.
This is very artistic and nice! Me like:-)
Wish you a happy weekend!
Cool. I didn't know I could do this in Photoshop Elements. Now I'm off to figure out how.

What a wonderful splash of color.
That is an interesting effect.
It would make a great screen saver picture! I can do the blurry effect without much effort, but it's unintentional! ♥♫
