This Sulfur Crested Cockatoo sits in the foggy rainforest of the Jamison Valley in NSW, Australia.
Believe it or not...there is a thick green tropical forest hiding in the dense fog!
This cutie is quite messy on this very fine rainy/foggy summer day.
The valley is the home of many of these great birds.
They gather around the 'skyway' station without any worries!
A little hole in the fog reveals some green tree ferns and gum trees!

What marvelous captures of such a lovely bird, Carolyn!! He looks just a tad ticked off at the weather -- I can wholly understand that! Looks as though you're having such a terrific trip and I'm so happy for you! Thanks for sharing it with us!

You have great photos of your adventure down under. Specially love your underwater shots. I have not even tried snorkeling, you are brave.
My daughter has a waterproof camera, but I have not tried using it, though.

Carolyn. I have to be honest.. I'm just jealous Australia... Wow...
You know, humidity has the same effect on my hair. What's a girl to do?
