We really enjoyed the kite festival at Huntington Beach this weekend.
We watched a riot of color in the sky by the pier.
This particular kite caught my eye as we gazed from the side of the pier.
It was fun being up close and personal with it!
This is the same kite still dancing beside the people on the pier.
And, then another appeared right beside it...and so similar except it has a little red.
These two guys were controlling both kites and making them come together so perfectly in their routines.
We REALLY enjoyed watching their skill with these two kites.
Over and over they were able to separate them and bring them back together so perfectly.
I wanted to get a shot with them perfectly centered...not quite right, but not bad...
They sailed these kites all over the beach while perfectly aligned together.
and...that was just the beginning!
There were so many more stunts to come!

Amazing control over those kites. They stand out by not being as colorful as the others.

I love the colors and contrast of the kites. That must have been quite an event to attend! Guess it was a great weekend for the beach!
