Today's Flowers / Desert Wildflowers at Anza Borrego State Park, California USA

These are the Dune Evening Primrose which I found at Anza Borrego State Park, California USA.
These desert wildflowers are quite abundant on the desert floor of this area right now.
They are found growing in the desert sand amongst other colorful wildflowers.

This is the Desert Lily also found at Anza Borrego State Park yesterday.
I will venture to say this flower is far less common since this is the only one I saw all day.

Wonderful flowers, Carolyn! They are both beautiful flowers but the Desert Lily is gorgeous and my favorite.

Theses specific desert flowers are so delicate and beautiful and so special for me, as I can't see them in real life living very far away from desert zones.

So very beautiful, no wonder I could not recognize it since I had never seen one before. Here we only have yellow and pink.
