I have all ready posted a few of the tall ships this past weekend. Now I am posting the beautiful "reds." These gorgeous sails just made an emotional wreck out of me. It was such a beautiful sight out on the water with the most majestic sunset ever! The color of the sky got more and more intense as the sun dropped lower and lower. And, I have more tall ships to post in the next few days. Each ship deserves to be seen by as many as possible...they are just that beautiful.
The second photo shows some of the smoke from the simulated "cannon battle" that had taken place before us!
The last photos show the amazing sky and silhouettes of the crowd as the event was coming to an end.

This is my favorite so far. The sun glistening off the sail is just gorgeous! These images take my breath away. I can only imagine what it was like to see in person.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, and I absolutely love the red sails! Just perfect for RT. I also like all the colors in your sky. We've been seeing alot of those around here too lately.
I don't feel too badly when the butterfly leaves. I only hope it gets where it's going safely. I found another caterpillar 2 days ago, so will hopefully be seeing another beautiful butterfly.
