Scenic Sunday # 61 / Tall Ship Parade/ Dana Point Harbor, California

A Tall Ship Festival is going on this weekend at Dana Point Harbor in southern California. My husband and I went down to the harbor last night, September 11, to see the arrival of the tall ships to the harbor. The sunset parade of the ships was spectacular!
You can see billowing smoke from the cannon battles!

An incredible sunset illuminated the sails of these boats in a splendid fashion...I am posting only a few tonight...more will follow on other memes.

Be sure to click on images to enlarge for greater detail...
