This is a scene of East Beach in Santa Barbara on September 19, 09. It was about 6 p.m. and the fog was moving inland off the ocean. It created a wonderful light show for sunset and Watery Wednesday!
I did not understand what white poles are until I read one of the comments on this post. How about editting it? I think that a close-up picture of this looks better.
