That's My World Tuesday / Eucalyptus Tree Tunnel at Morro Bay, California

This amazing Eucalyptus Tree Tunnel is on the road from Morro Bay to Montana de Oro State Park south of the bay. I would estimate that the tunnel is at least one mile long, perhaps a little more. It's absolutely beautiful and the eucalyptus smells heavenly as you drive along with your windows partially open.

Wow! A tunnel of trees! I don't mind driving that mile long cause I can enjoy the beauty. If its summer time, must be wonderful to drive a top down car and smell the aroma of the eucalyptus.
This is a great tour!

This series is wonderful. My fave is number 5 from the top, because the shadows are well shown and the road curves for better composition. Plus the light from the top is great! Sometimes showing fewer is the way to go, in my humble opinion.

That is the thing I think I love most about Australia, our 900+ varieties of Eucalypts, like our Acacias, one could well saya few hundred trees for every season. So nice that you can enjoy such a wnderful tunnel in California as well.

I feel as if I can smell the fragrance from the Eucalypts tunnel. Also the shadows of trees and sunlight are wonderful.

I used to live in San Luis Obispo, and I would frequent this beach. It's absolutely my favorite. I would go there at night as well. It was so serene and the sky was so clear, you could see absolutely everything.. including galaxies and a couple of UFO's.. completely breathtaking.
