Happy Belated Ruby Tuesday.
very beautiful view.
Stunning shot! Love the framing!
The red of the flowers look very good against the deep blue of the water; love the ripples in the water too.
Late visitng this week- lovely shot of the flowers on the water - your ship oost is beautiful too - do miss the ocean.
Great composition with the red flowers! looks beautiful. Now I sort of wish I visited long beach. Thanks for the info on the last post, I put in a correction.
Very good framing! It is true that things red can become an effective accent in a photo.
A lot to see..
Great picture and composition.
Have to come for a visit and see this beautiful area:)
Love the red bougainvillea! Great photo and a pretty scene!

Love that colour! And the photo! In our area magenta is the shade commonly seen.
Nice shot. Long Beach is a great area.
Long Beach has some really lovely areas! Two of my 3 sons live there; all 3 went to CSULB. These bougainvilleas remind me of my childhood home in San Bernardino--we had one in the front yard and one in the back yard. I was fascinated with their 3-petalled loveliness.
I love that plant, and what a great view too. Great composition with the cityscape in the background, thanks for sharing Carolyn:)
Gorgeous, I love how it frames the city skyline. Bougainvillea is always so beautiful.
Thanks for posting bougainvilleas, I missed them since the rainy started they stopped blooming.

I love how you used the flowers as frame for your picture, so pretty! Bougainvilleas are plentiful here, as they thrive in our hot climate.

Red bougainvillea growing wild (or not) on the edge of the sea! I'm so jealous! I love that shrub so much but it just does not grow where I live in Canada. Thanks for sharing.

Very nicely composed indeed. The red in the foreground really sets the mood for the whole capture. Well done.

Beautiful shot Carolyn, in the Philippines we have different colors of Bougainvillea and because of the thorns this flower has many make it as a fence ^_^ Happy Tuesday!
