That's My World Tuesday, Ruby Tuesday, Midweek Blues / Union Station, Los Angeles, CA

I have been spending a lot of time with my little 3 year old grandson.
His mommy had to spend some quiet days before the birth of his baby brother and now some at home days recovering from a c-section.
She is doing great and so is baby brother!
We took the train to Los Angeles for an afternoon outing.
He loves trains and wanted his picture taken beside our train when we arrived at Union Station, Los Angeles, CA.

...and, the next best part is walking in the tunnel to the platform!

He is adorable, Carolyn! And how wonderful that you're able to do some of those special things with him while his Mom gets her strength back! Wonderful times for both of you! I love trains, too! Thanks for sharing such a lovely part of your world! Have a great week!

There is nothing like a train for a small child. The subtle lateral swaying in so wonderful. When I was 5 we lived in Queens and I had to regularly see a doctor where we took the Subway - 50 years later, I still have memories of those rides.

It is so nice that grandma is helping both mom and grandson during the transition. He will have a new sibling and he had fun on the train. A wonderful look of love!
