Photo Hunt #177 / ORANGE

These orange photographs were taken this week at the Mission San Juan Capistrano in southern California. My grandson was very happy to watch the koi in this beautiful pond within the courtyard of the old mission.

What a great shot of your grandson. I love the way the fish is distorted under the water. I really liked your photos.

Very nice - like the second one best, I think. (not that the one of you grandson isn't cute...)

The koi is a Japanese word for a carp in English. I don't know why you do not call it carp instead of koi.
