Mellow Yellow Monday #42 / Los Olivos, California

I took this photo this weekend in Los Olivos, California. Just north of Santa Barbara, Los Olivos is part of the Santa Ynez Valley and known for its many grape vineyards and wine tasting. A stop here is a must when we travel on U.S. Highway 101 to the central coastal towns of California.

Withering grape leaves
still cling to white picket fence—

What a contrast! of colors, of seasons--sparkling white Summer fence draped with the dying yellow/amber leaves of Fall.

A white picket fence and changing leaves - quaint and beautiful in the sunshine!
