That's My World Tuesday / Santa Claus at the Mall
These days just before Christmas are even more special with our little grandson, Chase. We took him to see Santa Claus...he didn't want anything to do with sitting on his lap. But, if Santa came to him with a candy cane...that was another story. And, he did! Chase got a candy cane from Santa without sitting on the old guy's lap! Riding the carousel with reindeer was another fun part of our time at the mall...first with grandpa and then with grandma!

Precious moments!
Lovely shots shared.
Have a great time. :)
so nice to see happiness ....
enjoy these beautifull moments :))
Happy holiday to all your family. I will go back to the US to see my daughter's family and welcome the new grandson. It has been a while since we last celebrate Christmas in the US.
So cute. Christmas with children is the best.
What a wonderful memory for all three of you, Carolyn. Chase is adorable and very smart too.. he knows reindeer's are more fun than Santa. Great shots!
Carolyn: Fun post, I have gone through these things with the fear of Santa. Grandkids are so much fun.
Ironically enough I talked to my mother last night which led to some childhood memories of South Cost Plaza at Christmas time. I remember as far back as 1969 when I was two years old and the mall and I where both much smaller. :)
I also have wonderful memories of riding on a carousel house while my grandmother sat on a chair that looked like a dragon but was also on the carousel.
I bet your grandson will cherish these memories long from now.
I also see See's Candy which is my favorite.
Great post!
Nothing more fun that having a little one around for Christmas. Looks like great fun with your grandson. I think a lot of little children are a tad suspicious of Santa. I recall my daughter taking a few years to warm up to Santa.
Great post. I was a Santa once when I worked at kmart long time ago. My son then about 4 yrs old sat on my lap I tried to disguise my voice but he sure did look at me funny LOL
Aren't Grandchildren wonderful - and yours is especially cute. Mine didn't want anything to do with the old guy at that age either. (I mean Santa - not Grandpa!)
What a fun time you had with Chase! It will be one of his forgettable memories! Great photos!
interesting and definitely lovely. thaks for sharing.
