An impressive modern piece of art that I wish the photograph had not cut, as this severely affects the balance of the sculpture.

Nevertheless this picture must hold the attention of any seeking the depths of the natural world around us.

Good and original choice for this meme.

I like the expression on that sculpture. Sort of like an ooh ah.

Thanks for the Comment. The doll is a Russian teapot-cover (to keep the teapot warm). Yes, and I like it too. I bought it at an old auktion at an old house were people used in the old days. They used to have it during the summers many years ago.
Have a great day

What a terrific find for Ruby Tuesday!
You seem to have many festivals full of exciting items to photograph.

I like the way the artist has "found" his motif in the raw cut stone.
Your way of cutting the picture adds quality to the intentions of the artist. Carletta's imperfection theme.

I like this stone art very much. Is it meant for the garden or to keep indoors?

I see the mask on the stone as a disguise - for a warrior or for a party I cannot say. The look is a representation of the artists mood and his challenge to us to interpret and see not just what the artist wants to show but what we choose to see as well...

I have tried to focus my reply where it should fall~ on FELISOL, when he/she states. 'your way of cutting the picture adds quality to the intentions of the artist'
I failed to obtain any e-mail address.

I am sure no true 'artist' will ever believe that cuts to his or her picture of the world adds quality to his or her intentions.

I am sorry to post this comment here when I would be far happier challenging the words written by FELISOL privately.

You're so lucky for witnessing that lovely art festival.

I enjoyed looking at the photos. Their pieces of art are great. Painting is one of the art that I would really like to learn.
