ABC Wednesday / "Q" and "P"

The theme for ABC Wednesday is the letter Q for this week.
A fly sits very quietly on my pink Mexican Evening Primrose.

I missed the post last week for the letter P.
So I am adding another shot from my pink Mexican Evening Primrose garden.

The theme this week is the letter Q.

The pink primrose is really pretty!I once had some pink Ozark primroses that reseeded themselves for a couple of years and then disappeared. I'll have to see if I can find some this year.

You not only have a beautiful garden, but a green thumb as well!

The petals detail stand out.

Is this what evening primrose oil is made of?

Very pretty flower.

Lovely close-ups. The primrose is a beautiful flower. I love when I capture a bea or a fly or other insect on the flowers - it adds so much interest!

I love the middle of that flower. Not like any I have seen. Great shots!

What soft, pretty color! The veining in the petals are so beautiful. I love primrose flowers, no matter the color!

Those pink flowers are very pretty, and flies are pretty quiet while resting, aren't they? I suppose they seem even quieter in comparison to the noise they make flying around!
