Trdelník - A Traditional Czech Pastry

This girl is preparing Trdelník, a traditional Czech pastry.
-dough is wrapped around a cylinder and then roasted over an open flame, pulled off when golden brown and coated with sugar and cinnamon on the outside.  we had a choice of chocolate or plum jam spread on the inside-
'chocolate' for us, of course!

She is spreading chocolate on the inside...YUMMY!

We took it up to our room and devoured it!
Next time...Sally had better get her own!
